Handcrafted Excellence

The Art of Aluminum

More than 25 years of marine and automotive innovation led to the WaterCar EV, a comfortable 19-foot-class amphibious boat that transforms into a street-legal electric Low Speed Vehicle at the push of a button. Designed and hand-built in Southern California.

On Water

Performance you feel

The WaterCar EV runs like a real sport boat, powered by a 115 HP Mercury Pro XS outboard and capable of up to 35 mph on the water.

Off-Shore

Hull design for confident handling

The hull is a fully aluminum unibody that’s epoxy-coated, foam-filled, and engineered for strength and stability. The tri-hull V-bottom design, help it plane quickly, hold a solid trim angle, and carve through wakes and afternoon chop.

advanced alloys

Built from advanced alloys, not fiberglass

Every inch of the amphibious boat structure is crafted from marine- and aerospace-grade alloys, fully welded inside and out using pulse-arc technology, with 316 stainless-steel hardware and hydraulics throughout. Unlike fiberglass hulls, it won’t flex, crack, or absorb water.

No More Boat Trailers Needed

Easy tow feature

Towing a WaterCar EV is as easy as raising the wheels and attaching it to your truck or RV. No boat trailer required.

The WaterCar EV can be towed without a trailer. Connect it to a tow vehicle using the included hitch insert, press a button to raise the front wheels, and it rides smoothly on its own rear wheels in “tow mode.”

The aluminum unibody’s rigidity is engineered to handle thousands of miles of towing, creating a practical, space-saving way to transport and store.
